Great Governance Supports Great Schools: The Important role of Boards in Montessori Schools

Join us to talk about how an effective and engaged Board can impact the success of a school. We will examine the Board’s role (and not!), and how it should work in partnership with the Head of School. We will specifically define the “School’s work” and the “Board’s work” as well as cover principles of good governance including issues, structures and the importance of alignment.
