Appreciative Tools for Montessori Leaders:Tuning In, Positive Framing, and Leading with (Positive) Questions

This interactive webinar will explore three powerful tools – tuning in, positive framing, and leading with (positive) questions – that Montessori leaders can use to help create a culture of mutual respect, support, and learning among adults as well as children at their schools. We will briefly explore each of these tools and then devote the majority of the webinar to discussing concrete ways that participants can use them in their work.
