Lifetimes is a beautifully illustrated and sensitively written, non-sectarian book on the subject of life and death. The illustrations are of realistic looking plants and animals. The text is written in clear, understandable language and it repeats it’s main points almost rhythmically.
Children three through seven years old will love and appreciate the beautiful message that this book offers. It puts the subject of death into its place in the life cycle of all living things. It helps children understand that death is a natural part of every life cycle. I highly recommend it for parents and teachers who are talking to children about death.
