Building Thoughtful Leadership for All

We welcome special guest, Dane Peters, retired head of Brooklyn Heights Montessori School, as we discuss thoughtful leadership. Building leadership within a school community benefits everyone—teachers, parents, administration, and most importantly children, especially in Montessori schools where staff are modeling leadership all of the time. It is critical to have strong leadership during these uncertain times of a pandemic. We look at aspects and characteristic traits that promote thoughtful and strong leadership.
