Leading With Emotional Intelligence

Dane Peters, author and retired head of Brooklyn Heights Montessori School shares his valuable insights. Building leadership within a school community benefits everyone—teachers, parents, administration, and most importantly children—especially in Montessori schools where the staff is modeling leadership all of the time. It is critical to have strong leadership during these uncertain times of a pandemic. We will be looking at aspects and characteristic traits that promote thoughtful and strong leadership.
