What Teachers Want from Their School Administration

This past summer we asked our teacher education learners this question and you may be surprised to hear their answers. Now more than ever, as we struggle to find and keep qualified teachers, it is important for administrators to understand the needs and expectations of their teachers. In this session we will explore those needs and discuss strategies for creating positive work environments where every teacher feels valued, supported, and empowered in their work with our children and families.
