This week, began to explore the topic of how to build effective working relationships between the school’s administrative team and the board.

For those of you who own your school, this will probably still be just as relevant.

The relationship between the individual or family owners, and the leadership of the school or actually quite similar to those in the nonprofit world.

Boards and school leaders can make an amazing team or ultimately create havoc. Creating a culture of wisdom, institutional memory, and effective development of policies and plans can make all the difference in .

This is a small taste of a special live course developed at the Montessori Foundation which goes into much more depth. We will be sending out more information on the full staff development program soon, but sharing information this week.
