Helping Your School Community Navigate Current Catastrophic World Events: Anchoring Our Responses in Montessori Values

This Montessori Leadership Forum will focus on helping Montessori school leaders cope with the onslaught of internal reactions they have to the recent catastrophic world events in order to better prepare them for leading the Montessori communities they serve. The emphasis of this Forum will be on discussing some of the assumptions about the current world events that will help us avoid dead ends and anxiety. Then we will discuss some practical ideas to help you do the inner work necessary in order to lead the Montessori community you serve with calm and without scapegoating others or nations.
