For many of us, facing today’s challenges as school leaders and educators can feel overwhelming. What if we could embrace those challenges with a sense of hope and courage instead?
In this 2 part exploration, we will consider how the source of our challenges might be a disconnect with our core values, how we can reframe and accept those challenges as opportunities, and consider strategies to prepare, plan and motivate ourselves and our staff to explore those challenge with confidence and maybe even some excitement for the future.
